All participants & spectators are required to sign a waiver.  Please fill this form out for each person who is attending.  Once this form is completed, you will be redirected to sign the waiver.  

18+ Age Limit.

Aged Between 14-17

Each Minor between 14 & 17 years of age must be accompanied by their respective parent or legal guardian.The parent or legal guardian must be present for, and participating in, the session. The parent or legal guardian must co-sign a Minors waiver in venue prior to throwing.
